Keeper of the Remote
Keeper of the Remote is an entertainment experience like no other! Here you’ll find reverence for all things relating to entertainment and pop culture, especially the kind with a fine vintage flavor. The Keeper intends to provide the audience with an experience of what a digital digest might have looked like had the internet existed in the mid 20th century. His aim is to be the premier one stop leisure shop for all of the couch potatoes of the modern era. A conceptual project of a television channel within a television channel in the same vein as the “steam punk” genre… but not really. The overall aesthetic of the site is designed to look like a newspaper and vintage television set combined into one never ending scroll blog. Imagine one were to take all of the pages of a newspaper or TV guide and arrange them vertically into a singular continuous rolling parchment and somehow put them into a television.
